Sales Tax
We are not required to charge sales tax for purchases made. However, your
state of residency may require you to pay use tax for this purchase. You may
want to review sales and use tax statutes of your state of residency.
Shipping
Most orders received before 3:00 pm Mountain Time will ship out the same business
day via UPS or FedEx. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Please provide
us with a proper "Street" address when placing your order.
All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered
without a signature. However, a signature release form can be left at the
door for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during
the day, to sign for the package.
Returns
You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) prior to sending merchandise
back. A returned package shipped to us without a RA will be refused. No returns
after 30 days. Money-Back exclusions apply. Open Retail packages can only
be returned to Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks, we cannot accept back open
retail packages.
What is Intuit's guarantee or return policy?
Intuit, the maker of QuickBooks, offers a 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee
for most of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with an Intuit
product, please return it for a full refund of the product purchase price
(excludes shipping and handling).
For retail purchases, the product must be returned to Intuit's Distribution
Center and postmarked 60 days from the specific ship date in order to eligible
for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with
the return. This includes the manual, CD-ROM, disk(s), and a copy of the receipt
if purchased at retail. Intuit recommends that the return be shipped via a
traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Mail, please use either
registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. Intuit is not responsible
for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment.
Shipping fees for the initial order, if any, and the product return will not
be reimbursed.

Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made within one (1) hour of ordering. No
cancellation will be accepted for processed orders.
Taxes
We collect 6.25% sales tax from all Utah state residents. Residents of other
states do not pay sales tax, however, they may be subject to use tax.
Utah state tax-exempt resellers can fax in their tax-exempt certificates.
